Applied K-Means clustering (k=4) to segment employees into retention risk profiles; highest-risk cluster (n=455) showed 26.8% attrition — 66% above the 16.1% baseline — enabling HR teams to prioritize targeted retention interventions. Uncovered key workforce insights: Sales department showed 20.6% attrition, overtime employees churned at 3× the rate of non-overtime employees (30.5% vs 10.4%) — delivered via multi-page Streamlit dashboard with KPI panels and Plotly visualizations. Built Care Transition Intelligence System — a healthcare analytics dashboard monitoring daily care transitions across 720 records, developed Random Forest forecasting model achieving R² = 0.88 for proactive capacity planning.
