Designed and deployed an automated data validation pipeline using Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Copilot, eliminating repetitive manual effort and improving validation turnaround time across the team. Executed end-to-end data validation and logic review for US Reg Change initiatives under ADS Adoption, validating complex JIRAs and validate large dataset and ensure data pipeline accuracy using AXIOM, SQL, and Advanced Excel to enable successful delivery of Deposits Wave 2 and Cash Wave 1 & 2. Performed critical JIRA validations for the complex reports within the Deposits and Cash workstream, ensuring accurate and dependable regulatory reporting output for UAT and pre-production cycles within tight timelines. Standardized testing documentation and review templates, improving consistency of quality checks and reducing turnaround time for validation support across the wider team. Partnered cross-functionally with Business Analysts, UAT, Product Owners, and users to align requirements and perform root cause analysis, ensuring clarity and consistency across testing tasks. Awarded the Gold Award for outstanding contributions to the Deposits and Cash workstreams, and selected as a finalist for the OpEx Challenge – Rookie of the Year for driving process automation and innovation.
