Client Project – Opsera: Built an end-to-end SnapLogic Analytics Dashboard with 4 analytical views, 15+ interactive charts and KPIs, multi-dimensional filtering, and Combo Dashboard integration. Built Sprint Velocity analytics on Jira Issue Source data – Ticket Count, Story Points, Capacity Utilization – with Scrum team-level visualizations and hierarchical insights. Delivered TFVC Insights end-to-end: backend SQL metrics, REST APIs, KPI integration, and frontend visualizations for changeset trends and contributor activity. Client Project – Rate My Lab: Built the Admin Portal for central and state-level admins across India to design multi-section questionnaires that rate district-level livestock labs, with dashboards, reports, authentication, 3-tier RBAC (central/state/district), and geo-based access control. Designed a configurable scoring engine supporting 15+ answer types, nested questions, conditional logic, and weighted scoring; lab responses were evaluated via AI-driven prompts to generate objective, consistent lab ratings. Developed the Flutter mobile registration workflow with multi-step signup, API integration, validation, and state management. Product – Allydin: Developed a multi-tenant AI chatbot platform (Genie) with tenant-specific configs and feature flags; delivered features for Dasra, the product’s first client. Built an Evaluation Dashboard enabling users to train the Genie on a file library and visualize accuracy, toxicity, and other performance metrics via charts and run comparisons to iteratively improve responses. Implemented real-time streaming chat over WebSockets with Keycloak-based authentication; built a reusable Media Viewer (PDF, audio, video) with zoom, deep linking, and secure presigned URLs.
