Developed an offline signature verification system using a custom CNN architecture with 3 layers (32, 64, 128 filters), ReLU activation, and Adam optimizer. Implemented an image preprocessing pipeline utilizing OpenCV for resizing (128 × 128) and ImageDataGenerator for data augmentation (rotation, zoom, shifts) to enhance model robustness. Achieved 94.70% accuracy on custom data and 91.67% on Kaggle dataset, securing a weighted precision of 0.94 and F1-score of 0.94.
