Own the backend for 2 of the platform's 3 panels (User Panel and Doctor Panel) using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Designed and integrated an automated notification system combining SMTP (email) and WhatsApp API for real-time booking confirmations. Implemented OTP-based authentication and verification to secure user and doctor access. Integrated an AI-powered chatbot for intelligent, real-time user interaction and support. Built a Progressive Web App (PWA) for the User Panel, enabling app-like access without native installation. Implemented PgBouncer and Redis, reducing direct database connections and improving API response consistency under concurrent load. Designed JavaScript-based k6 load-testing scripts and validated APIs at up to 50,000 virtual users — 100% success rate, 430ms avg / 260ms min / 875ms max response time; ran equivalent tests on the Doctor Panel.
