“I’ve worked in roles like BGV, Healthcare RCM, and administration where I regularly dealt with large volumes of data—documents, claims, reports, and follow-ups. I enjoyed analyzing details, identifying mismatches, finding root causes for denials, and improving outcomes. Over time, I realized I was more interested in understanding why things happen and how data can help make better decisions. That’s what motivated me to move into Data Analytics. To build the right skills, I completed a Data Analytics course where I gained hands-on experience with MySQL, Power BI, and Python, and worked on real-time projects. Data Analytics allows me to combine my analytical thinking with technology, and that’s why I chose this career path.
