Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to understand application functionality. Prepare test scenarios and detailed test cases to ensure complete test coverage. Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality and business requirements. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing. Conduct database testing using SQL queries to verify backend data and ensure data accuracy. Identify defects, log bugs in JIRA and HP ALM, and track them through the Defect Life Cycle. Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve issues. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospectives. Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes. Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track requirement coverage. Prepare daily status reports, weekly reports, and release reports. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure application readiness for production release.
