Led the migration of manual, financial, supply chain and manufacturing reports from multi data sources like SQL, error-prone Excel into a centralized automated Power BI analytics solution. Designed advanced DAX measures and robust data models to dynamically calculate YoY revenue growth, supply chain KPIs, manufacturing asset utilization, profit margins and budget variances. Built end-to-end Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines to automate data ingestion from all sources, configuring scheduled refresh that seamlessly refresh the Power BI dashboard without manual effort. Implemented Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to restrict data access based on department and user roles. Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to refine KPIs and metrics, ensuring reports accurately reflected business needs. Daily monitoring of BI production environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical data pipelines and reporting dashboards. Performed RCA on complex data issues to ensure data accuracy while executing month-end financial closings. Developed a responsive frontend using Angular to visualize real-time ESG performance through interactive charts, while designing robust data layers and utilizing Postman to automate API testing for guaranteed reporting accuracy.
