Analyzed 2.4K+ state-level and 816 manufacturer records using SQL, Excel Pivot Tables, and Power Query to evaluate EV market growth, penetration, and competition for AtliQ Motors' India market-entry strategy. Built ranking, CAGR/YoY, and competitor benchmarking analyses across states, manufacturers, and vehicle categories, and showed that EV penetration rose from 1.65% to 4.81% (FY22-FY24). Found that two-wheelers lead the market with 932.7K 2W EV sales vs. 86.9K 4W sales in FY24, and identified OLA Electric as the top manufacturer with 31.63% market share and 111.35% YoY growth. Recommended high-growth states and a two-wheeler-first approach to support product strategy and market prioritization.
