Provide L1/L2 technical support for Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, and Webex. Troubleshoot VoIP call flow issues, codec mismatches, and SIP trunk configurations using diagnostic tools and logs. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco IP Phones, voice gateways, and collaboration endpoints. Handle incident and service request tickets using tools like CRM (or the company's ticketing tool). Work closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure timely resolution of voice and video collaboration issues. Monitor network performance and call quality using Cisco RTMT and other monitoring tools. Perform routine Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes operations on CUCM and Unity. Collaborate with Cisco TAC and internal teams for escalated issues and root cause analysis. Maintain detailed documentation of solutions and create knowledge base articles for recurring issues. Participate in change management and scheduled maintenance activities with minimal disruption to services.
