Monitor and manage enterprise endpoints using the SentinelOne Singularity EDR platform. Perform SentinelOne agent upgrades and investigate failed, incomplete, and pending upgrades across workstations and servers. Troubleshoot endpoint and agent issues by reviewing SentinelOne activity, endpoint status, security logs, and Windows Event Viewer. Investigate inactive, offline, and non-communicating endpoints using last-active information and endpoint activity records. Initiate Full Disk Scans and review endpoint activity and incident information to support security investigations. Assist with endpoint inventory validation, agent-version tracking, deployment reporting, and endpoint status analysis. Collect and organize security audit evidence, including endpoint exports, configuration screenshots, agent-version information, and deployment records.
