Built a full-stack expense tracker with 25 REST endpoints across auth, transactions, categories, budgets and analytics, deployed on Vercel and Render. Secured the app with JWT in HTTP-only cookies, bcrypt hashing and Zod validation, and tested cross-account access so one user can’t read or edit another’s data. Wrote 6 MongoDB aggregation pipelines (monthly summary, category split, 12-month trend, daily spend, top expenses, month-over-month change) powering a Recharts dashboard; stored money as integer paise and grouped dates by timezone for exact totals. Tested on 5,000 seeded transactions: a compound {user, date} index gives an index scan that examines 416 documents to return 416 (about 4 ms), with server-side filtering, search and pagination. Added monthly category budgets with ok, warning (80%) and exceeded (100%) status, and a one-click recruiter demo that creates an isolated sandbox with about 6 months of sample data, rate-limited and auto-cleaned.

Built the Internet-Based Plagiarism Scanner using Tavily Search API, BeautifulSoup, and Google Gemini 1.5 Flash — implementing a 5-signal similarity engine (sequence match, keyword overlap, 3-gram & 5-gram fingerprinting, sentence-level matching) with AI-generated investigator reports. Implemented multi-query search strategy using Python (re, difflib, requests) — detecting embedded source URLs in student documents, firing targeted site-specific and phrase-based Tavily queries, and scoring matched web sources with per-source similarity percentages.

Built a full-stack lost-and-found platform with JWT authentication, RESTful APIs, and a normalized 4-table relational schema with foreign key constraints. Developed an automated matching engine using OpenCV ORB feature matching and TF-IDF cosine similarity to generate weighted similarity scores between lost and found items. Implemented a confirm/reject match workflow with backend validation to prevent duplicate resolutions and auto-update item status. Designed a responsive React frontend (Vite, Tailwind) with protected routes, image uploads, and live match-score visualization.
