Built a Power BI dashboard (DAX, drill-through, conditional formatting) with 4 KPI cards, monthly mortality-vs-LOS trend analysis, and a LOS-vs-mortality scatter plot across 1,267 ICU stays, enabling diagnosis-level performance tracking. Designed a MySQL schema, authored 6 analytical SQL queries (window functions, CTEs, LAG-based readmission flagging) to surface mortality rates, ICU LOS rankings, rolling admission trends, and 30-day readmission risk across 1,267 records. Resolved 180 missing diagnosis records and standardised date fields across 3 relational datasets using SQL joins and aggregations, reducing unmapped data by 86% and unblocking ad-hoc reporting across 29 clinical KPIs. Engineered an end-to-end NLP pipeline (spaCy, fuzzywuzzy, Python) that standardised 1,267 clinical records against 50+ ICD-10 diagnostic categories, achieving 86.11% mapping accuracy on previously unusable free-text admissions data.
