Owned end-to-end quality across E-Commerce, ERP, Finance, Manufacturing, and Travel domain projects. Served as the sole QA Engineer for a US-based clothing brand, managing the entire testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to production release validation. Performed Functional, Exploratory, Regression, Cross Browser, API, Load, Database, and Mobile Testing; designed and executed test cases aligned with business requirements. Built and maintained automation scripts using Playwright(JS) with POM framework to improve regression efficiency. Validated backend data integrity via SQL and API endpoints via Postman; tracked defects through resolution in Jira. Executed load and performance testing using JMeter and Locust to identify bottlenecks and validate application stability under peak user traffic. Collaborated with clients and cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies for requirement clarification and release sign-off. Leveraged AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor AI) to accelerate test case generation and exploratory testing.
