AI-driven risk model: built a buyer credit-risk model from 2 years of payment history across 300+ buyers, engineering behavioral features (payment lag, order frequency, dispute history) and embedding 3 risk-band outputs directly into daily collections workflow — the only ML-driven decision system at Recykal running in live operations rather than a static report. Payments & collections suite: delivered a 5-module analytics suite covering buyer payable ageing, on-time vs. delayed payment trends, and automated targets-vs-actuals tracking for leadership review.
