Analyze and troubleshoot data and BI issues involving refresh failures, semantic models, Power Query, DAX, XMLA operations, report performance, pipelines, Lakehouses, and connectivity. Support enterprise data connectivity through On-premises Data Gateway hosted on AWS, including connection configuration, credential troubleshooting, sharing, and SAP HANA migration activities. Monitor and optimize Fabric capacity utilization using Capacity Metrics and Activator alerts, investigating high CU consumption, throttling, background/interactive workload spikes, and surge protection events.
