Monitor and triage security alerts across Microsoft office 365 (Email Security), Microsoft Defender ATP, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike Falcon, FireEye HX-EDR, Trend Micro, and Symantec Endpoint Protection, consistently meeting SLA targets. Investigate security events by correlating IOCs, malware detections, authentication anomalies, and endpoint telemetry to identify and contain threats. Conduct proactive threat hunting using playbooks and runbooks to detect anomalies across network, DNS, and endpoint activity, escalating actionable findings to L2/L3 analysts. Escalate high-severity incidents with detailed findings, evidence packages, and remediation recommendations, minimizing business impact. Manage full incident lifecycle in ServiceNow, including ticket creation, investigation updates, escalation tracking, and closure documentation. Analyze network traffic, DNS activity, authentication logs, and cloud security telemetry (Microsoft Sentinel, Zscaler) to detect suspicious behavior. Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, shift handovers, and incident trend analysis; maintain SOPs and knowledge base documentation to improve SOC efficiency. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to support containment, remediation, and recovery during active incidents.
