Built an interactive Power BI sales dashboard tracking 37K in profit and 121K average order value across 4 product categories and 4 payment modes, with quarter-wise (Q1–Q4) drill-down for stakeholder review. Identified Clothing as the top category by volume (63% of units sold) and COD as the dominant payment mode (44% of transactions), insights used to prioritize inventory and payment-gateway focus.

Designed an interactive HR Analytics dashboard in Power BI covering 1,256 employees across 9 job roles and 3 departments, surfacing an overall attrition rate of 17.4% (219 employees). Cleaned and transformed HR datasets (compensation, age, tenure, education) using SQL and Excel, eliminating inconsistencies and improving reporting accuracy. Built attrition breakdowns by income band, age group, and job role, uncovering that employees earning up to 5K accounted for 160 of 219 attritions (˜73%) and the 26–35 age group accounted for 112 (˜51%), directly informing retention-focused HR recommendations.
