Designed and built the entire product solo, covering React frontend, Spring Boot backend, PostgreSQL database, and cloud infrastructure. Grew the platform to 10+ registered print shops and 200–300+ daily active users, handling production traffic load. Architected secure authentication using JWT via httpOnly cookies, file storage with Cloudflare R2, and relational database schema design. Deployed and managed full-stack infrastructure across Docker, Railway, Vercel, and Neon. Owned the complete product lifecycle — debugging production issues, gathering user feedback, and shipping continuous improvements.
