Ensure timely completion of AWS Scheduled Jobs and performing Job Recovery to Maintain Consistent Data Flow. Resolved Production Incidents within SLA Timelines, Minimizing Data Disruptions in Power BI Reports. Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data discrepancies, job failures, and data pipeline issues. Implemented customer requested Change Requests and Enhancements, adapting BI solutions to evolve business needs. Designed and implemented Power BI Reports, Semantic Models and Dataflows with Scheduled Refreshes and deployment across Dev, UAT, and Prod workspaces. Built and maintained a Centralized Semantic Model, enabling scalable Self Service Analytics and Multiple Reports from a Shared Dataset. Converted legacy SSRS Reports into Redshift Stored Procedures, executed via AWS Glue Framework, for automated report generation into Amazon S3. Created Redshift Views aligned with reporting requirements for Power BI and SSRS Reports. Recovered lost data using Streamset Pipelines and supported AWS Data Engineering Workflows for Source-to-Cloud data loads. Authored SOP Documentation and delivered Knowledge Transfer (KT) Sessions, improving Onboarding Efficiency and Operational Consistency.
