Modernized the Global Knowledge (MyGK 2.0) platform by developing scalable frontend and backend services, implementing Sequelize ORM, multilingual support across 21 locales, Microsoft Entra ID integration, and reusable application components. Designed and delivered enterprise features including User Analytics, View History, Impersonation, and i18n synchronization while maintaining consistent API design, automated testing, and high software quality through Jest, RTL, and Cypress.
