Took ownership of an inherited production codebase after a one-month handover; independently resolved 150+ production issues and ship hotfixes directly to the client, from code change to deployment. Removed the platform's dependency on Salesforce by rebuilding the core service-validation logic from scratch and moving live operations onto the in-house Django and PostgreSQL system. Led scripted data migrations of ~8,000 records to staging and ~14,000 to production, using a custom dry-run comparison script and 5+ validation stages to block duplicates, with zero data loss. Optimized PostgreSQL queries and API logic in the service-creation workflow, reducing a long-loading process to completion within seconds. Fixed a cross-timezone scheduling defect so appointments display in each service's own time zone rather than the viewer's device time. Work directly with Australian stakeholders every day on requirements gathering and live support, and partner with the client's Salesforce developer to plan and execute the migration.
