I am working on a Full Stack and AI/LLM-based technology stack, using React and TypeScript for frontend, along with Redux Toolkit for state management. On the backend, I work with Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Go (Golang) to build APIs and scalable services. I also work extensively with AI and LLM-related technologies such as BGE embeddings, monoT5, and MiniLM for semantic search, reranking, and intelligent product classification systems. Resolved incorrect product classification and HS code prediction issues in an AI-driven tax and compliance system by improving semantic retrieval and reranking pipelines. Worked with BGE embeddings, monoT5, and MiniLM rerankers to improve product understanding and increase classification accuracy for complex product descriptions. Improved search quality and reduced regression issues caused by hardcoded filtering logic by implementing soft-ranking and score-based candidate selection mechanisms. Enhanced the system’s ability to retain relevant candidates, compare semantic similarity more effectively, and generate more reliable HS code predictions across multiple product categories.
