Took ownership of a stalled enterprise HR orchestration process built on an undocumented proprietary Node.js/BPMN platform. Reverse-engineered cross-process backend functions using debuggers, architected custom database schemas and stored procedures, and shipped the end-to-end database integration to production within a strict one-week deadline. Integrated AI models into production automation workflows — building dynamic form generation logic driven by AI inference, with BPMN validation layers to enforce business process compliance. Developed automation pipelines on the Actionabl platform, including stored procedure orchestration and REST API integrations for enterprise document and data workflows. Built an automated Exim document intake pipeline for a freight forwarding client — scheduling email polling via platform connector, extracting attachments matched by business ID, and routing them to a Gemini-backed AI API for document classification (invoice, airway bill, packing list) and data extraction. Implemented dynamic validation logic on AI-returned flags — triggering automated client emails requesting missing critical documents (invoice or airway bill) with context-aware messaging and surfacing extracted data alongside source PDFs in a human-in-the-loop review interface with Accept / Accept with Remark / Reject workflow. Generated structured Excel outputs via the xlsx library in the client's prescribed format upon approval, enabling direct ingestion into their customs portal and eliminating manual data entry. Engineered web automation and data extraction solutions using Node.js, Playwright, and Axios; manipulated structured data outputs via the xlsx library for downstream client consumption. Designed reusable, modular JavaScript logic for workflow orchestration — from requirements gathering through deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
