Developed and enhanced 50+ automated test scenarios using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and POM for shipment case creation, search, and filtering workflows. Created and executed manual test scenarios for Profile Creation and application enhancements, covering functional, smoke, sanity, regression, negative, and boundary testing. Performed REST API testing using Postman across multi-endpoint workflows, using pre-request and post-response scripts for test data setup, response assertions, variable handling, and validation of business rules and user-level access. Performed SQL-based backend validation to verify data persistence for case creation, exception workflows, and profile updates, ensuring application and database consistency. Executed 100–150 test cases per release for release validation and regression testing, verifying critical workflows after enhancements and defect fixes.
