Performed UI and mobile application testing across Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce applications, validating functional behavior and user-facing features across web and mobile platforms. Analysed business requirements and functional specifications, identified test conditions, designed test scenarios, and created and executed comprehensive test cases aligned with business requirements. Executed Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, and End-to-End testing to validate business rules, application behaviour, data integrity, and release stability. Supported Manhattan WMOS production issues by analyzing real-time incidents, investigating functional issues, validating fixes, and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution. Worked extensively with Manhattan WMOS, supporting warehouse operations across approximately 15 sites and developing strong functional expertise across Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, and Order Fulfillment processes. Validated key warehouse transactions and business processes, including Receiving, Inventory Receipt, Putaway, Inventory Movement, Order Processing, Allocation, Wave Planning, Picking, Packing, and Shipping, covering the end-to-end warehouse operation. Worked with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) to validate integration flows between WMOS and external systems, verifying transaction processing and data movement across interfaces. Tested AS400 legacy order fulfilment workflows, validating order processing, inventory updates, and integration with downstream warehouse operations. Tested RF-based warehouse transactions in WMOS, validating real-time inventory movements and user-directed activities across receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, and shipping processes. Tested WMOS shipment transactions and status updates, validating accurate order, shipment, and inventory information across outbound processes. Tested SAP SD processes, covering Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows including sales orders, deliveries, and order fulfillment, with validation of integration with warehouse operation. Tested SAP MM processes, covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows including purchase orders, goods receipt, and inventory transactions, ensuring accurate integration with warehouse processes. Managed the defect lifecycle using JIRA and Azure DevOps, from defect identification and logging through retesting, verification, and closure; collaborated with Developers and Business Analysts in an Agile Scrum environment. Created knowledge base articles and SOP’s for repetitive issues.
