Present - Present

Developed a Salesforce-based E-Commerce Order Management System to streamline the complete order lifecycle, including customer management, product and order processing, payment tracking, shipment management, and returns. Implemented business automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex, developed interactive Lightning Web Components (LWC) for order management and tracking, and integrated external payment and shipping systems using REST APIs and Named Credentials. Used Queueable and Batch Apex for asynchronous and large-volume processing while following Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.
