Designed and shipped a global analytics filtering system covering attributes, events, segments, time ranges, and grouping logic, with saved and reusable filters. Reached 90%+ adoption among paying companies. Built complex D3.js analytics views with multiple metrics, dynamic filtering, grouping, and live data. Led the frontend for bidirectional Mixpanel sync. Designed schemaless object-mapping UI and data flows across frontend state, API contracts, and backend persistence, for customers with million-scale users and events. Built an internal AI support-intelligence app from scratch (React, AI SDK, Python, OpenAI, Pinecone). It ingests Intercom conversations through webhooks and lets the team query past customer interactions in a chat interface. Owned all production signup and onboarding flows end to end: Google OAuth, email verification, invitation-token signup, and company invitations. Set up observability across frontend and backend with Sentry (source-map debugging), Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Grafana. Added error tracking, CPU monitoring, product-adoption dashboards, and Slack alerts. Extended Heap and GTM tracking product-wide with PII-safe, GDPR-compliant data handling. Served as the main technical contact for Support on complex production issues. Led frontend dependency and security upgrades across Vite, Rollup, and TypeScript.
