Handled Global Employee Referrals data for operational purpose. Validating and eliminating duplicate profiles from iCIMS and hire to make hiring process easy. Mentored two batch of associates with a HC of 6 associates and also conducted regular refresher training to associates. Performed process audits ensuring adherence to audit procedures and guidelines. Started peer to peer auditing to reduce errors and analyzed error trends. Performed root cause analysis (RCA) for the top errors identified for quality assurance. Prepared and shared error trend analysis report with leadership on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
