Executing 24×7 SOC monitoring across SIEM, XDR/EDR, email security, vulnerability management, and ASRM platforms. Managing the end-to-end incident response lifecycle, including alert triage, investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), remediation coordination, and formal case closure. Performing IOC/IOA analysis and advanced event correlation to identify malware, phishing, endpoint, and network-based threats. Investigating endpoint security incidents using XDR/EDR solutions and supporting containment, eradication, and recovery activities. Managing email security incidents, including phishing detection, malware analysis, and user impact assessment. Driving vulnerability management operations, including scanning, exposure validation, remediation tracking, and patch coordination. Maintaining SOC metrics, asset inventories, and audit-ready evidence, supporting SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001/27701, GDPR, NPCI, RBI, and banking audits through control validation, incident and vulnerability evidence preparation under Compliance and CISO oversight. Developing and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and incident response playbooks aligned with regulatory and operational standards. Coordinating DDoS detection, escalation, and mitigation activities with Tier-1 service providers (Tata Communications and Airtel) to ensure service availability and SLA adherence. Collaborating cross-functionally with IT, infrastructure, and application teams to enhance security posture and risk maturity. Supporting SIRT-led incident response by conducting security investigations, technical analysis, and evidence collection, with documented findings reviewed by the Compliance team.
