Understand the business requirements, user stories, and workflows. Design and prepare functional test cases, regression, and smoke suite. Execution of test cases and bug reporting during the sprint cycles. Conducted DB testing and performance testing. Performed functional testing, integration testing, and mobile testing with offline and online capabilities. Track and manage defects till closure. Participating in daily scrums to update QA progress and communicate blockers affecting testing activities. Ensuring features developed within the sprint are demo-ready. Facilitate defect triage meetings to understand bugs or Change requests. Conducted detailed regression testing based on the RCRC (Risk, Criticality, Recent, Configurable) principle before every release, ensuring system stability. Supporting UAT users, assist in execution, and coordinate with BA to get the UAT sign-off. Report QA status using various metrics like test execution progress, defect density, and defect leakages. Performed smoke testing post-production deployment to validate critical functionality and production readiness.
