Built an end-to-end Employer Portal Onboarding workflow using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, and MongoDB, enabling policy-level ledger setup, transaction visibility, and broker white-labelling. Implemented role-based user provisioning with tenant access, draft persistence, validation, and completion APIs integrated with central user, permissions, and ledger services. Built the full-stack One Time Mail feature, enabling KAMs to upload employee IDs, choose approved templates, and send exception communications self-serve—reducing manual CLM-team effort for delayed approvals and failed deliveries. Built 3 operational monitoring dashboards in Metabase with automated daily reporting for engineering and business teams, enabling partner- and tenant-level failure visibility and improving issue detection by 80–90%. Developed and maintained backend services across 6+ distributed microservices using Java, Spring Boot, AWS Lambda, and event-driven architectures, processing high-volume, latency-sensitive insurance workflows at scale. Resolved a production data integrity issue affecting all partners that had persisted for 3+ months; performed root-cause analysis across 3 microservices and implemented workflow corrections that eliminated incorrect policy assignments. Enhanced Zeebe BPMN workflows for non-self onboarding journeys by adding validation logic and integrating existing workers into endorsement workflows, eliminating a class of recurring workflow failures end-to-end.
