Designed and deployed a consolidated CloudWatch dashboard with SEV-2/SEV-3 alarm thresholds, improving monitoring visibility and reducing on-call triage time by 75%. Managed Content Symphony localization by creating 300+ strings across DE/FR/IT/ES locales and fixing missing translations, ensuring a consistent international user experience. Created a Pricing Audit and Rollback System portal for faulty policies, reducing dependency on the tech team and tracking the history of policy changes along with metadata for previous pricing policy records in a self-serve manner.
