Verified premium calculations, rating logic, underwriting rules, and policy validations. Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conducted Knowledge Transfer sessions. Performed forms validation and document generation testing. Conducted end-to-end integration testing between Policy Center and Billing Center. Tested Billing Center functionalities including screen validations, goodwill adjustments, disbursements, trouble tickets, and payment transactions. Logged, tracked, and managed defects using JIRA.
