Performed functional and integration testing on the Rigbot transportation portal used by dispatchers to manage loads, trips, drivers, trucks, trailers, invoices, fuel cards, and expenses for carrier fleet organizations. Validated end-to-end load lifecycle workflows including load creation, trip planning, driver assignment, pickup/drop-off events, and invoice generation across interconnected modules.
