Developed and maintained enterprise-grade frontend applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS, following scalable, modular, and reusable frontend architecture principles. Worked extensively on Enliven CEM, a Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) enterprise platform, delivering configurable solutions across Customer Experience, Insurance, and Collections domains. Designed and implemented BPMN-based workflows to support business process automation and enable business users to configure applications with minimal development effort. Developed an AI-powered chatbot interface within the BPMN workflow designer, enabling users to describe business processes in natural language and generate corresponding workflow nodes, simplifying workflow creation and business process automation. Developed Customer 360° View dashboards to provide consolidated customer information and Business Insight dashboards to support data visualization and business analysis. Implemented configurable SMS and Email Template modules supporting automated customer communication workflows. Developed App Builder applications using React and Angular within a Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, building modular and configurable frontend solutions for enterprise use cases. Developed reusable React functional components and applied React Hooks such as useState, useEffect, useMemo, and useCallback for component state, side-effect handling, and optimized rendering. Implemented component-level and shared state management in React applications, maintaining predictable data flow and reusable application behavior across MFE modules. Integrated Genesys WebRTC SDK to enable real-time browser-based voice communication within enterprise applications, including communication state handling and frontend interaction flows. Converted wireframes, Figma designs, and UI/UX requirements into responsive, pixel-accurate, reusable, and production-ready web experiences, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and a consistent user experience. Improved frontend performance and UI responsiveness through optimized component rendering, reusable architecture, modular loading, and efficient frontend implementation practices. Integrated Angular and React applications with RESTful APIs, handling HTTP requests, asynchronous operations, JSON responses, data transformation, loading states, validation, error handling, and API response management.
