Work within the Child Support domain, ensuring accurate calculation and collection of child support payments across the case lifecycle: Case Initiation, Locate, Establishment, Enforcement, and Financial Management. Analyze functional requirements across multiple application modules and convert manual test cases into automated Selenium test scripts using Java, TestNG, and the Page Object Model (POM) with PageFactory for maintainable, reusable code. Design and maintain Runner.xml (TestNG suite) configurations to execute automation suites and validate new builds before each production release. Execute manual and automation testing cycles prior to production deployment, ensuring zero critical defects reach the live environment after new requirements or code fixes. Generate and analyze automation execution reports to confirm application stability after every new build, requirement change, or defect fix from the development team. Identify recurring issues within the shared/common automation framework, root-cause them, and recommend fixes to improve framework stability and reduce script maintenance effort. Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers through GitLab for code and script versioning. Collaborate closely with senior QA engineers and developers in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness reviews.
