Contacting the suppliers frequently for the compliance of the Supplier Master File (SMF) and for the data quality. Validating the correct data received from the suppliers and ensuring the mandatory data available in the SMF for our system. Regularly having the video conference with the suppliers for seamless communication. Suppliers are from different regions across Europe especially from Germany, Italy and DACH regions. Maintain the PCR (Price Comparison Report) and NIR (New Item Report) reports, look for any price discrepancies and contact the suppliers right away to ensure correct prices are uploaded to our PDH (Product Data Hub). Category Lead mainly for Garage Equipment’s and Tools and also works for other categories like Passenger Cars, Trucks, Marketing Materials, Motorbikes, Paints and Consumables. Worked mainly with the German PMs for Data loading and publishing of the New Items for the DACH region.

Activity is to compare the price with the documents and create the Price File Standard Template. Price file creation using the data provided by the supplier. Updating the price of the product comparing with the OE number and other wholesale vendor part numbers. The price of the item will be compared using TecDoc, Eucon and RRP prices. All the item information will be available through TecDoc and will be fetched using Article number, Trade number, OE number, Replacement number, Replaced number, GTIN/EAN, Suitable article. Information of the item will be available through TecDoc and widely used in all regions. Creating the new part, changing the Product Group, Product Stock Indicators (shows the availability of the parts, replacements, discontinued etc... in all regions). Standard normalization of the description according to the STAport tool. Updating the Stock Units across the regions. Updating the Delivery Units across the regions. Updating the data to Stahlgruber Legacy System. Weekly report on inventory to manage stocks and to have control on stocks and vendors, creation of new material ID and the vendor ID and maintaining Material and vendor master. Knowledge of Business Processes, Requirement gathering, documenting business requirements & data specification and resolving disputes related to invoices which are on hold. Preparing weekly dashboard to display top approved Request/Quote types, Vendor and Margin achieved for the respective weeks.
