Built a production-ready multi-agent AI platform using a microservices architecture with dedicated Gateway, Authentication, Chat, Billing, and AI Agent services. Designed a LangGraph workflow to route requests across specialized AI agents for chat, coding, web search, PDF RAG, presentation generation, and image analysis. Built a RAG pipeline using Google Embeddings, Qdrant Vector Database, and Supabase Storage for conversational querying of uploaded PDFs. Integrated Google Gemini, Groq, and OpenRouter to dynamically select the most suitable LLM for different AI tasks. Implemented Firebase Authentication, Redis-backed sessions, role-based authorization, and a credit-based billing system using Razorpay. Containerized services with Docker; deployed frontend on Vercel and backend microservices on Railway.
