Cleaned and validated recurring datasets in Excel, identifying and correcting inconsistencies before they reached reporting — reducing errors passed downstream to stakeholders. Built and maintained Excel/Power BI dashboards used by the team to track weekly and monthly operational metrics, replacing manual status updates with a self-serve view. Wrote SQL (MySQL) queries to pull and join data from multiple tables for ad-hoc reporting requests from management. Partnered with cross-functional team members to understand reporting needs and translate them into structured spreadsheets and visual summaries.
