Manage daily P1 and P2 outage tracking, analysis, and reporting to management. Prepare and maintain detailed P1/P2 outage reports including vendor, hostname, model and part details on a monthly basis. Perform proactive monitoring and tracking of open network alarms to reduce outage count through coordination with Circle teams and INM teams. Access and verify network elements by logging into routers to support alarm resolution and outage closure. Support multiple network projects such as NSF implementation(downtime reduction through proactive monitoring and structured escalations), NSR implementation and LDP correction activities. Raise Change Requests (CRs), obtain stakeholder approvals and coordinate with internal and external teams for planned activities. Provide night-time implementation support and post-activity validation by verifying configurations on routers to ensure end-to-end service delivery. Prepare monthly outage summaries and team performance reports for VP and CTO level reviews. Monitor spare inventory on a daily basis and coordinate with Circle teams to fulfill urgent spare requirements. Liaise with multiple circles to identify spare availability and facilitate inter-circle support and updates. Execute bulk CLI commands on multiple routers simultaneously using Infiworx automation, eliminating the need for individual device logins and improving operational efficiency. Monitor network health and perform WAN link graph analysis using SevOne Tool to support proactive issue identification and outage prevention.
