Develop and enhance enterprise frontend features using React, TypeScript and JavaScript for the NICE CXone-ServiceNow (SNOW) integration. Work with CXone SDKs and ServiceNow OpenFrame APIs to implement and maintain contact-center workflows and synchronize application state across systems. Developed and enhanced Outbound Calling and Outbound Skill Selection workflows across Dialpad, Click-to-Call, Phone Directory and callback scenarios. Investigate and resolve complex asynchronous and event-driven issues, including race conditions caused by multiple SDK event streams and UI state synchronization. Implemented wrap-up state handling to ensure outbound actions are correctly controlled throughout the call lifecycle. Develop and maintain Playwright end-to-end automation tests for CXone-ServiceNow workflows, including Phone Directory, Address Book and outbound voice-call scenarios. Perform manual, integration and regression testing, create test scenarios, investigate failures and validate fixes across development and test environments.
