Built DumbleDore, a guided onboarding system during internal hackathon, later productionized and integrated into the core product, increasing new-user problem-solving rates from 6.1% to 27.1%. Developed an in-house test proctoring system for AccioMatrix using Google Task-Vision for real-time face detection and browser APIs for monitoring, with secure storage on Google Cloud, reducing operational costs by 90%. Architected an automated job slot creation system for offline centers by validating spreadsheet data, handling date overlaps, and enforcing safe edits, reducing slot creation time from ∼2 hours to 15 minutes. Built a full-featured placement portal for AccioJob using Next.js, Redux, and NestJS, enabling slot booking, skill comparison, and personalized recommendations, boosting engagement and course sales. Redesigned a custom authentication system using ReactJS and NestJS with Postgres and Redis for OTPs, rate-limiting, caching, and queues (BullMQ), supporting SMS (Gupshup) and email (Azure). Identified and resolved a memory leak in a real-time audio processing feature caused by persistent buffer references, preventing ∼1GB memory spikes and stabilizing browser performance. Developed SEO-friendly, high-performance Next.js landing pages, improving Core Web Vitals and increasing Lighthouse scores from low-30s to mid-80s. Implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to deploy frontend apps to Cloudflare on every push, ensuring fast and reliable releases. Enhanced the code editor by integrating Monaco Editor and built a microservice using Judge0 APIs for code execution, storing results securely in Google Cloud Storage. Built discussion threads with voting and commenting and integrated into main platform as a micro-frontend, improving community engagement.
