Developed an internal automated web testing utility to execute multiple customer test cases and improve repeatability of application validation; monitored customer site availability and performance. DELMIA Quintiq: built a complete planning demo application from scratch using Quill, including object model, relations, methods, dialogs, forms, Gantt visualization, scheduling logic, constraints, and manual planning workflows; learned Demand Planner and supported customer bug fixes. AVEVA: trained across PI, PI Vision, MES/CMES, Work Tasks, InTouch and SSRS; configured InTouch Standalone on a client VM and built local environments involving MQTT, RampSoak and connectors.
