Developed a two-player Tic-Tac-Toe game in Java with a console-based interface. The game runs on a 3x3 grid, allowing players to alternately place X and O marks. It includes logic to detect winning conditions across rows, columns, and diagonals, and identifies a draw if the board is completely filled. Implemented using 2D arrays for the board structure, loops and conditional statements for game flow, and the Scanner class for real-time user input handling.
