Worked in projects for Deutsche & CTBC Bank Global Securities Processing Services. Developed and executed comprehensive test plans and test cases for GSP applications, leveraging manual, integration (INT), user acceptance (UAT), functional, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing methods to improve defect detection rates. Collaborated with developers, business analysts (BA), and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and resolve defects efficiently. Utilized ALM & Jile for tracking test progress, managing test cases, logging bugs, and generating reports and familiarity with Testrail, Confluence and JIRA. Maintain and deliver required QA documentation including all written test plans, metrics and other documentation as required. Conducted Performance Testing for APIs using Jmeter, analyzing load, stress and scalability metrics to ensure system reliability under high-volume conditions.
