Own manual test planning and execution across the storefront, admin, and editor modules of an e-commerce platform, in a full Agile/SDLC environment. Designed and executed 700+ manual test cases in TestRail, mapped to product requirements and acceptance criteria, spanning functional, regression, system, cross-browser, cross-device, and UAT testing. Identified, documented, and tracked 900+ defects in GitHub with clear, reproducible steps; collaborated with developers to confirm root cause and retested every fix through to closure. Ran structured regression cycles before every release to catch instability and prevent new defects from reaching production. Participated in requirement and sprint reviews, providing feedback on testability and usability from a manual testing perspective before development began. Executed 100+ API test cases in Postman — covering HTTP methods, status codes, and response bodies — as part of the regression pass before each release. Worked closely with developers and product owners throughout each sprint to clarify requirements, align on scope, and maintain robust test coverage — while also maintaining test summary reports and defect logs in TestRail and GitHub for release sign-off. Building hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript, with the goal of automating high-value regression scenarios already owned manually.
