Planned and built the whole app on my own, backend and frontend, working in phases so each part was fully working before moving to the next. Completed all 14 backend modules - auth, users, products, categories, inventory, cart, wishlist, coupons, orders, payments, reviews, notifications, analytics, and admin. Set up JWT authentication using HttpOnly cookies with automatic refresh via Axios interceptors, plus role-based authorization so admin and customer routes stay separate. Built an admin panel with 24 routes across 6 sections that reuses the existing backend services instead of duplicating logic just for admin use. Built the analytics part using MongoDB aggregation pipelines on the data that already existed, instead of creating a separate model just for that. Wrote a seeding script that fills the database with 70 sample products across 6 categories using real Pexels API images, with a fixed random seed so ratings stay consistent across resets. Built 80+ reusable components on the frontend so I wasn't rewriting the same UI across different pages. Used Zustand for things like cart and UI state, and React Query for anything coming from the server, so I wasn't mixing the two. Tested the product APIs with Postman, saving sample data and environment variables so I could rerun the same tests instead of doing it manually each time.

Built a portfolio site to show my projects, with a contact form that sends two emails per submission - one to me, one confirming to the person who filled it out. That cut down how often I had to manually follow up with people by around 90%. It's handled 250+ submissions so far, around 100+ a month, and has stayed up about 99.5% of the time. Deployed it across Vercel and Render and still check on it occasionally to make sure everything's running.
