Grew to become the primary engineer responsible for the CMMS Planner and Executor modules, driving end-to-end feature delivery, production enhancements, and technical decision-making across 12+ manufacturing plants handling 50K+ work orders per plant. Worked directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, identify usability gaps, and propose improvements, delivering 10+ feature enhancements and owning 100% of feature development for the module over the last year. Engineered a dynamic multi-filter architecture with server-side pagination, reducing data fetch from 50K+ records per load to just 20 records per request and significantly improving grid responsiveness. Developed 80+ production-grade REST APIs supporting planning, approvals, scheduling, work order conversion, and SAP validation workflows. Optimized MongoDB aggregation pipelines, API response times, Angular rendering, lazy loading, calendar performance, and AG Grid data rendering. Architected and implemented multilingual support across 13 languages. Built an Alerts & Monitoring Platform with automated email and in-app notifications, SignalR-based real-time dashboards, live data sync, and a recursive MongoDB data explorer. Evaluated the CMMS platform to identify bottlenecks, UI/UX gaps, and structural improvements. Formulated scalable technical solutions and managed monthly production releases across 12+ plants.
