Developed a Learning & Development Analytics Dashboard using Power BI to provide management with a centralized view of learning trends and portfolio performance. Performed data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, including handling null values, removing unnecessary rows and columns, correcting data types, and preparing data for reporting. Designed a Star Schema data model by creating fact and dimension tables, establishing relationships, and validating filter propagation across the model. Developed DAX measures for average current learning hours, current versus target learning hours percentage, cumulative current learning hours, cumulative target learning hours, AI-related learning hours, and AI-related employee participation. Created interactive Power BI reports using KPI cards, line charts, clustered column charts, clustered bar charts, pie charts, tables, matrices, and slicers. Enabled analysis of learning progress across grades, portfolios, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Executives, including mandatory training compliance. Developed reporting for AI-related learning activities, including AI learning hours and employee participation. Validated dashboard outputs against source data by performing data checks, filter validation, and slicer testing to ensure reporting accuracy. Published reports to Power BI Service and supported report refresh and stakeholder feedback during dashboard development.
